Copper Still Restaurant & Bar in Edinburgh Old Town on The Royal Mile is looking for a Head Chef or Sous Chef to work in a busy kitchen using fresh Scottish produce.

Copper Still is part of a group of local Scottish Restaurants and Bars in the heart of the Old Town and Royal Mile where it is bustling with tourists, buskers and a buzzing atmosphere, it is a fun places to work with great customers. We serve locally sourced Scottish food, cocktails, whisky, craft beers and wine.
Your role will be to delivery quality consistent food.

Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality meals are served
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development, utilizing culinary expertise
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a productive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
