Documentation Management: Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier details, order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes.
Cost and Quality Support: Help compare supplier options, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support quality checks for purchased goods and services.
Internal Communication: Work with operations, engineering, finance, and management teams to ensure procurement needs are handled clearly and on time.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain coordination, inventory support, or administration is preferred.

Communication: You can communicate professionally with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
Problem-Solving: You can identify order issues, follow up quickly, and support practical solutions that keep operations moving.
Mindset: You are reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. You understand that strong procurement coordination helps reduce delays, control costs, and support smooth business operations.
Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
