Now Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Head of Year. This role is for the remainder of the Academic year. This position could also lead into September for the full academic year for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the academic and personal development of students within the year group
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities, ensuring a positive and productive environment for students
- Organise and lead regular meetings with year group tutors to discuss student progress, concerns, and strategies for improvement
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a head of year or Pastoral in UK schools
- DBS must be on the update service (Can apply for one if needed)
