Production Supervisor
Job Purpose
To manufacture high-quality aluminium windows in accordance with production schedules, technical drawings, and company quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium window frames, sashes, and related components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules.
- Cut, machine, and assemble aluminium profiles using workshop machinery and hand tools.
- Fit hardware, gaskets, glazing beads, locks, hinges, handles, and other window components.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Operate machinery safely and report any faults or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in aluminium window fabrication.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good measuring and assembly skills.
- Experience using fabrication machinery and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience with aluminium systems such as Smart Systems, AluK, Reynaers, Schüco, or Senior Architectural Systems.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
