Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our bed and breakfast, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including, changing of beddings, dusting, sweeping, mopping, some laundry, ironing and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt and debris.
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Candidates should be able to work at least a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Weekend availability is essential.
