Preparing, cooking & plating breakfast, lunch & evening dishes, traditional & contemporary, at certain times during the day, prepping items for next shifts, ensuring kitchen records are kept, ensuring cleaning regimes are withheld to a high standard, Ordering & accepting deliveries, cleaning down work area before, during & after shift. Other kitchen duties may be required also.
