The Data Strategy Director will lead the vision, development, and execution of data-driven strategies that unlock the value of first-party (1P) Sky data and our proprietary Publicis ID assets, as well as identifying new external data sources as appropriate to our campaign goals. This role is pivotal in harnessing these data assets to deliver advanced personalisation, measurable marketing outcomes, and business growth for Sky. The Data Strategy Director will be assigned to the Sky account, but will also work closely with the Head of Data Strategy at a Publicis level to align, in both directions, Sky use cases and our broader data strategy roadmap.
Collaborate with client stakeholders, the agency team and additional Publicis stakeholders to understand client business goals, campaign goals, data availability, maturity and compliance.
Act as a thought-leader on topics including data privacy, GDPR and other data legislation, customer-centricity, and Publicis’ proprietary data products.
Partner with product and engineering teams, and with new and existing external data partners, to identify opportunities for enhancements to existing assets, products and integrations.
In-depth understanding of identity resolution, data onboarding, CDPs, DMPs, and relevant technologies.
