Bid & Marketing Manager

Morris Infrastructure Group Ltd is a growing surveying and engineering company providing nationwide utility surveying, topographical surveying, measured building surveys, site engineering, drone services and digital construction.
We are looking for an experienced Bid & Marketing Manager to lead our work-winning activity and strengthen how MIG presents itself to prospective clients.
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Directors, with the freedom to develop the systems, content and campaigns needed to support our continued growth.
The Role
You will manage bids from identifying suitable opportunities through to final submission, working with our technical and operational teams to produce persuasive, compliant responses.
You will also lead MIG’s marketing activity, creating content that demonstrates our expertise, promotes our projects and generates new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing PQQs, SQs, ITTs, tenders and framework submissions
- Monitoring procurement portals and identifying suitable opportunities
- Coordinating technical input and producing client-focused responses
- Creating proposals, capability statements and presentations
- Developing case studies, LinkedIn campaigns and website content
- Managing brochures, award submissions and branded materials
- Maintaining a library of CVs, accreditations and standard bid content
- Tracking bid performance and improving future submissions
- Supporting supplier accreditations, sales campaigns and client presentations
About You
You will be a strong writer with commercial awareness, creativity and excellent attention to detail. You must be comfortable managing several deadlines, working with technical teams and taking ownership of a new function.
You will ideally have:
- Bid writing, bid management or work-winning experience
- Marketing and content-creation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently and with senior leaders
- Experience in construction, surveying, engineering or infrastructure
- Knowledge of procurement frameworks and supplier accreditations
- Canva, Adobe, WordPress or SEO experience would be advantageous
