Summary
We are seeking a confident, reliable, and charismatic Holiday Camp Manager to lead our team at various outdoor venues. Based in Surrey, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage engaging laser tag activities while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting our company's growth mission.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of laser tag, multi sport, arts and crafts, nerf, zorbing and other activities at our school holiday camps.
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality activity delivery and family interactions.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure all equipment is properly used and maintained.
- Deliver excellent customer service to families, creating memorable experiences.
- Assist in the development of team members.
- Promote a fun and energetic environment that aligns with the company's values.
- Handle setting level inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Qualifications
- Qualifications in childcare, sports coaching or drama are desireable.
- Safeguarding, Paediatric first aid desireable
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within holiday camp or childcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm to make a postive impact on childrens day
- Charismatic personality with confidence in engaging with children of all ages.
- Prior experience in childrens activity management is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive approach to safety and equipment maintenance.
- Enthusiasm for delivering fun, memorable experiences.

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
