Role Overview
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be providing support and care to our service users. This role requires a compassionate and attentive individual who can assist with clinical needs, personal care, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the care needs of service user in accordance with their care plan.
- Support with clinical requirements such as Suctioning, Seizure Management.
- Work collaboratively with family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Monitor and record the health and well-being of service user, reporting any changes.
- Ensure dignity, privacy, and independence are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in a care setting, particularly with complex care needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required, we can assist with this.
