Duties
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping fruits and vegetables, assembling bowls, and maintaining ingredient stations
- Maintain strict food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper storage procedures
- Serve customers with a friendly demeanor, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick turnaround without compromising quality
- Restock supplies regularly to keep the station organized and fully equipped for daily operations
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly to uphold hygiene standards
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of perishable ingredients
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong food preparation skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Friendly communication skills to engage with customers positively
