Chef de Partie – Immediate Start

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team at 2Taps, a busy, family-owned tapas restaurant in the heart of Belfast.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standard.
- Manage your section efficiently during busy service.
- Ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail on every plate.
- Follow all food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety procedures.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and organisation throughout your section.
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and minimising waste.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Support and encourage junior team members where required.
- Help maintain a positive, professional and motivated kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready for the next step.
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- High standards of cleanliness, food safety and personal hygiene.
- Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work.
