We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team, providing high-quality care to adults in their own homes across South Holland & The Deepings.

Pay & Benefits
- £12.90 per hour
- National Minimum Wage during probation
- Enhanced overtime, weekend and bank holiday rates

- Mileage paid at 30p per mile

Please note: As we provide care 365 days a year, all Support Workers are expected to work every other weekend and offer some evening availability, as well as being able to work during school holidays and peak annual leave periods. This helps us ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care whenever they need us.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support people with daily living tasks
- Build meaningful relationships through companionship
- Assist with mobility and moving safely
- Prepare meals and complete light household duties
- Administer or prompt medication and maintain accurate records
- Follow individual care plans
- Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing
- Promote independence, choice and person-centred care
What We're Looking For
Essential
- A kind, caring and reliable nature
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Flexibility to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, with availability during school holidays and peak annual leave periods
Desirable
- Previous experience in care
- Health & Social Care Level 2 or 3
- First Aid qualification
