Salary: £13 to £14 per hour

About the Role:
As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Front of House Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Your positive attitude and strong leadership will inspire the team and enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day pub operations
- Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff
- Manage stock, orders, and supplier relationships
- Ensure health & safety and hygiene compliance
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Handle cash, tills, and banking duties
- Step up in the absence of the Front of House Manager
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality (restaurant/pub/bar)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Guest-focused with a hands-on attitude
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
