We’re now looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Finance team — someone who enjoys working with others, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow as part of a business that’s always moving forward.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly by ensuring customer payments are accurately processed and reconciled. Cash flow is the lifeblood of our business, and your work will help ensure everything flows as it should.
Working closely with a supportive and experienced team, you’ll build your knowledge, develop new skills and contribute to a function that’s key to our continued growth.
You’ll take ownership and pride in delivering accurate and timely work, including:
- Reconciling daily customer deposits received from a variety of payment methods;
- Retail
- Online / Phone
- V12 Finance
- Concession Partners
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation queries in a timely manner
- Making manual corrections in NetSuite to customer accounts where required
- Assist with processing customer refunds
- Assist with reconciling Outlet debtor accounts
- Assist with reconciling Showroom and Outlet cash control and petty cash / till float accounts
- Confidently liaise with colleagues from Sales and Retail teams
- Supporting the team with other tasks when required
- Ad hoc duties as needed, such as reports, queries, and reconciliations
