Amber Tyres is looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be confident in carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, tyre fitting, balancing, brakes, suspension work, and general mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical faults
- Brake, suspension, and exhaust repairs
- Replacing timing belts, wet belts and clutches
- Tyre fitting, balancing, and puncture repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous mechanic/technician experience preferred
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- MOT experience beneficial but not essential
