About the Role
Learning Lift is a growing student recruitment agency specialising in creative and music education. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy speaking with people, understand the music/creative community, and can help guide students toward the right music programmes in London.
This role is ideal for someone social, organised, and passionate about helping young musicians find the right college pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective music students and share information about available courses
- Attend local music events, open days, and community spaces to promote opportunities
- Support students with application steps (forms, documents, guidance)
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and submissions
- Build relationships with music schools and creative communities
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in music, creative arts, or education
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- No prior recruitment experience required — training provided
