You will be working for a large privately owned, Estate just outside of Frome, Somerset. We are predominantley a Wedding Venue, but also offer private stays in our vast range of accommodations here on the Estate.
We are looking for a Head Housekeeper to further enhance an established team that helps to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the properties.
There are numerous cottages within the estate including a castle, a boathouse, two wedding venues, and 41 rooms within the main house.
You will need to be extremely flexible, reliable, and hardworking with a high attention to detail. Weekend work will be required.
Experience preferred, but full training will be given.
Hours required will need to be flexible within a working rota.
Work will include
- Cleaning all accommodation and communal areas, as well as the function spaces - to an extremely high standard
- Replenishing all linen and guest supplies
- Reporting any damage to property, promptly to Manager
- Flexibility to perform other duties as required
- Awareness of all Health and Safety procedures within the estate including the use of cleaning chemicals
- Driving Licence would be an advantage
