This fixed-term maternity cover role offers the chance to work across more than 50 markets, collaborating with senior global stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in driving key projects, elevating market performance, and helping one of our largest and most influential accounts continue to thrive.

As Global Account Director, you'll work in close partnership with the Business Director while collaborating with Strategy, Digital, and Market Leads across the network. You'll be trusted to lead major initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the smooth delivery of critical account activity.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading key account projects and initiatives, taking ownership from briefing through to delivery

Partnering with senior client stakeholders to build trusted, long-term relationships

Managing and overseeing major client deliverables, including Global Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Ensuring project outputs meet the highest standards, delivering against strategic objectives and client expectations

Supporting market teams and helping resolve challenges by coordinating the right expertise across the network

Providing clients with clear, proactive updates and visibility across markets, teams, and performance

Leading monthly global market meetings, bringing together insights, updates, and opportunities from across the business

Identifying and championing best practice and standout work from local markets

Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, drive efficiency, and enhance ways of working

Evaluating potential partners and supporting strategic business decisions
