What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Assisting with mobility, moving & handling
- Supporting emotional, physical and social wellbeing
- Working as part of a professional care team
- Completing accurate care records and reporting any concerns
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months’ fulltime experience in care work (or 12 months part time) in the last 3 years
- Confident with moving & handling techniques
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across different settings
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and providing safe, compassionate care
