We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our secondary school team and play a key role in ensuring pupils reach their full potential.
You will need to demonstrate patience, resilience and adaptability, as well as the ability to support students with varying academic, social and emotional needs. A commitment to safeguarding, an understanding of behaviour management strategies, and a flexible, team‑focused approach are essential in helping pupils engage, progress and achieve their potential.
This is a permanent appointment, working 37 hours per week, Term Time Only.
