Wilkinson Byrne are recruiting for a sales and lettings consultant to join our forward thinking pro-active team in Bounds Green, We are looking for a sales driven, a hungry individual who has excellent pitching and closing skills. Exceptional communication and customer service ability and has the diversity to work at the higher and lower end of the property market in a fast paced office, you need to be well presented, organized and want to work in a busy and fun environment. our established independent Estate Agency is looking to further increase its share of the market and we are now looking to actively grow the business through sales, lettings and Managed properties and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for its quality and performance. You would be expected to grow the property register in sales and rental through canvassing in different formats and avenues, Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations by way of high customer service levels. You will be expected to carry out general office duties and to reach good levels of sales and Lets at the same time, this will also include valuations, creating details, securing new business, building lasting business relationships to achieve even greater success, Basic Salary + Commission + Bonuses OTE - £46,000 You should speak clearly be well presented, and have at least 2 year’s experience in this particular role.
