Now Education is currently working with a Secondary School for children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and associated challenging behaviours.
The school is a fantastic partner school of Now Education and is looking to secure a excellent opportunity for a Classroom Assistant/Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a long term basis with a view to progressing into a permanent role due to a recent increase in their student intake.
You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results. Your ambition for the young people you support will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.
The successful candidate will need to provide evidence of experience and knowledge specifically of working with young people who have SEN in the following areas and must have previous experience in working with young people with special educational needs, including physically challenging behaviours, and be able to support young people with emotional regulation.
