100x Impact is a global initiative based at the LSE Marshall Institute that supports and scales social innovations capable of improving millions of lives. As 100x evolves into a global platform for insight, influence, and evidence on what enables social innovations to scale, the Insights function plays a central role in shaping how the organisation learns, improves, and contributes to wider systems change.
The Insights Manager will play a leading role in the development and delivery of 100x’s Insights strategy, with particular responsibility for building and maintaining the 100x learning system: the systematic, organisation-wide capability we need to capture, generate, structure and steward high-quality learning and data.
Candidates should have significant experience working across organisational learning, research, evaluation, innovation or insight functions, with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative research and insight generation activities, and experience developing or stewarding organisational frameworks, systems, or processes. Candidates should also have experience facilitating workshops, learning sessions, reflection processes, or collaborative design activities, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively and coordinate complex cross-organisational activities and processes.
Candidates should also demonstrate experience contributing to or implementing data and AI approaches within research, learning, operational, or organisational contexts. They should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesise complex information and data into actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, disciplines, and organisational functions while building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
