A private members club based in the heart of Loughton is looking for a mixologist.
The Hobo Club brings the benefits of a city club to the local area, offering a bar, lounge and work areas for members to meet clients and relax in both style and privacy.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare alcohol & non-alcohol beverages for our members.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Ownership of monthly cocktail club evening
- Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements and skills:
- Proven working experience as a Cocktail Bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean.
Loughton is based on the Central Line (east) circa 30 minutes from Liverpool Street.
Pay will be £13.50/hour depending on role and experience.
