We’re looking for a passionate Social Content & Community Executive who lives and breathes social media, someone with a sharp eye for content, a natural feel for community, and the instinct to spot and act on what's happening in real time. This is a hands-on, content-first role for someone who loves creating, posting, and building communities as much as they love keeping an eye on what's trending. You'll work closely with our internal teams to bring ideas to life, and you'll be confident enough to delivering strategies and ideas to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop creative content ideas, formats and concepts for social that resonate with target audiences and align with client objectives.
- Plan and help deliver content calendars across platforms, from initial concept through to publishing.
- Write briefs and collaborate closely with internal and external suppliers to bring ideas to life, ensuring everything stays true to the brand's voice and goals.
- Bring a strong point of view on formats, trends and platform best practice, and aren't afraid to challenge and pitch new ideas.
Community Management & Reactive Content:
- Own day-to-day community management, responding to comments and DMs in a way that's engaging, on-brand, and true to each client's tone of voice.
- Spot and act on reactive and trend-led content opportunities as they happen, moving quickly without losing quality.
- Build genuine, engaged communities for our clients, with a focus on achieving “best-in-class” social accounts.
Social Media Management & Execution:
- Own day-to-day posting and scheduling for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Apply strategic thinking and platform best practice to optimise client social channels for growth, engagement, and content performance.
- Support the end-to-end process of social media campaigns, from concept to execution, helping ensure everything is delivered on time.
Client Collaboration:
- Be comfortable and confident speaking with clients, joining calls and meetings as needed to talk through content and performance.
- Support senior team members on strategy, reporting and account growth, with scope to take ownership of your own smaller accounts over time.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, understanding their brand and audience inside out.
Insight & Curiosity:
- Continuously monitor KPIs and campaign performance, flagging opportunities for optimisation.
- Stay genuinely curious about industry trends, platform updates and social media culture, always knowing what's trending and what's next.
- Bring fresh insight and ideas back to the wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing high-value social media in content creation, community management and execution, either agency-side or client-side.
- Lives and breathes social and content, always knows what's trending, the latest platform update, and the social media hacks.
- A natural instinct for reactive, timely content and a genuine love of community management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats and community engagement best practice.
- Confident writer and communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and speaking with clients even if not leading the relationship.
- Curious, proactive and always looking to learn, with a commercially-aware mindset.
- Familiarity with paid social, SEO, and performance marketing is a plus, but not essential!

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
