The Craigie has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Duty Manager to join our team.
Based in Penicuik and Sister venue to The Papermill in Lasswade, The Craigie is an all day venue, serving great food and drinks in our bar and restaurant.
We also have an external gin pod and beer garden that holds over 150.
Throw in 16 bedrooms and an internal private area for events up to 150 and you have an aspirational dining and entertainment experience throughout!
We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, but above all else and most importantly, someone who will provide a warm welcome and great service to all our customers.
Responsible for leading and coaching talented staff, you will be knowledgeable about bars, food and events.
