Do you have previous experience working within the Care industry and want to progress in your role whilst working for an established company across the Bristol and South Glos area? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for Senior Support Workers to be the first point of contact in regard to overseeing smooth running of a particular supported living house. Your role will require you to oversee and assist individuals to help them live independently and happily within their own homes while leading a team, providing coaching support and guidance. We have been an established business within the industry for over 18 years and everyone here acts as a team which means everyone gets involved where required.

In return all we ask is that you are a reliable team player, and flexible enough to adhere to a rota (including some unsociable hour shifts). Communication and consistency is the key to everything, especially when it comes to supporting individuals with sensory processing difficulties

.Experience in mentoring and coaching
Desirable Skills
· NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable but not essential)
· Driving licence with access to own transport
