Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, following established recipes and safety standards
- Assist in food production by measuring ingredients accurately and maintaining proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to produce high-quality products consistently
- Support the team with food preparation tasks such as slicing, packaging, and decorating baked items
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, enhancing customer satisfaction
Qualifications
