Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our offerings with confidence and clarity
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations, identifying customer needs and matching solutions accordingly
- Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Zoho CRM
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve outreach efforts
- Track daily call metrics and report on progress to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Communicate product benefits clearly in English
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English; is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent verbal skills with the ability to engage customers actively and persuasively
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals
What we offer
