Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and treatments.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist .
- Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or barbering are essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in upselling products and services is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A passion for ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
