We’re looking for a part-time barista to join our team.
This position is for someone who is passionate about coffee and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just make great coffee, but who brings energy, warmth and attention to detail to every interaction.
The Role
- Preparing and serving consistently excellent specialty coffee
- Dialling in espresso and maintaining quality throughout service
- Texturing milk to a high standard and executing classic drinks properly (flat white, cappuccino, etc.)
- Engaging with customers and creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere
- Taking ownership of the coffee bar: cleanliness, workflow and presentation
- Light food preparation (simple plates, pastries, small café food items)
- Supporting the wider team during busy services

- Part-time position (2-3 days a week with the potential of more hours if desired). Working days per week negotiable.

A minimum of 1 year‘s experience working with coffee in a reputable establishment is preferred.
