** Background
A key focus of the role will be supporting the review, standardisation and implementation of partnership processes, templates, guidance and reporting mechanisms to improve operational effectiveness, audit readiness and institutional assurance.
** Responsibilities
Working across both new and existing partnerships, the role is responsible for the operational delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of partnership governance, quality assurance and compliance processes.
The post holder will provide specialist support for partnership approval, validation, monitoring and review activities, ensuring that documentation, records and governance processes are accurate, consistent and compliant with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the New Partnerships Manager and Partnership Development Manager, the role will contribute to strengthening partnership governance arrangements, improving process efficiency, enhancing compliance oversight and embedding sustainable ways of working across the Partnerships Hub.
** Person Specification
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting quality assurance, academic standards and partnership governance activity within a higher education environment. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of collaborative provision processes and the ability to coordinate complex approval, validation, monitoring and review activities with accuracy and attention to detail. The post holder will be confident working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, providing practical advice and support to ensure compliance with institutional requirements and external expectations. They will possess strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement, helping to enhance partnership governance, strengthen operational effectiveness and support the delivery of high-quality partnership provision across the University.
