Following on from our successful refurbishment, we are seeking to appoint someone for this important role!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team at The Cardan Bar and Grill as an Assistant Manager. This is a full-time role located at 41 Railway Street, Lisburn. The venue is very busy with a strong focus on food and great drinks.
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels, implementing company policies, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position, or be able to demonstrate the ability and readiness to step up, within the hospitality industry. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail are also essential qualities for this role.
