Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team at the DeiRa Hotel & Apartments. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in hotel rooms and the public areas. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms and apartments and other public spaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the managers promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns professionally.
- Assist with additional duties as required, which may include serving our guests breakfast in the morning or preparing hampers for the rooms.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
