As the construction portfolio becomes established and growth targets are achieved, the role will evolve to lead the expansion of provision into additional sectors and subject areas. This includes identifying market demand, shaping new service offerings, building relationships with employers, stakeholders and funding bodies, and supporting the development of innovative programmes that meet workforce and industry needs.
The Growth and Development Lead will work collaboratively with operational, curriculum and quality teams to ensure new opportunities are effectively implemented, commercially viable, and deliver positive outcomes for learners, employers and the organisation. The role requires a proactive, commercially minded individual with strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate market intelligence into sustainable business growth.
