Summary
We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our dynamic team in. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional construction and maintenance services. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to projects that enhance our clients' spaces and ensure the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally.
- Supervise junior staff or apprentices when required.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of schematics and technical drawings.
- Ability to operate welding equipment and understand mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Supervising or leadership experience is advantageous.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,000.00 per year
