We’re expanding our Production team and are looking for a reliable, motivated individual who can operate lamination machinery safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our production line, you will:
- Operate lamination machinery to produce high‑quality products
- Work with adhesives and solvents and apply coatings accurately
- Follow strict safety and hygiene standards to keep yourself and others safe
- Carry out quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
- Report faults or material shortages quickly and clearly
- Minimise waste and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep your workspace clean and organised
- Support and help train colleagues when needed
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
