The ideal candidate will have experience running a busy kitchen. They will be expected to prepare food and ingredients using high quality local ingredients to high standards. They will be quick to serve, focussed, able to multi-task and think quickly. The role includes ordering, planning menus and promotions (alongside the manager), and supervising the team, ensuring high morale and exceptional, consistent standards of food produced, as well as ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and storage areas. The ability to work as part of a small, close team is essential.
