Job Title: Database Administration and Data Management Analyst
Salary Range: £46,206 – £62,451 per annum
Permanent – Fulltime (36 Hours)

In this role, you will take ownership of database platforms and data management processes, ensuring they remain secure, resilient, high-performing and fit for purpose. You will help maintain the integrity of business-critical data, support service continuity, and contribute to the organisation's wider data governance and enterprise data management objectives.
You will work with colleagues across Digital, Data & Technology and service areas to support the effective management, protection and optimisation of data. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement, reduce operational risk and ensure that data remains a trusted asset that enables better outcomes for residents and communities.
About the role
As a Database Administration and Data Management Analyst, you will:

Own and support database platforms, ensuring their performance, availability, resilience and security.

Monitor, diagnose and resolve database and data-related incidents, problems and performance issues.

Manage backup, recovery, high-availability and disaster recovery processes.

Support data migrations, data loads, integrations and data transformation activities.
