As Shop Manager, you will lead our unique Vintage & Retro Charity Shop in Harlow, creating an inspiring shopping experience through creative merchandising, an ever-changing range of pre-loved fashion, accessories, books and collectables, and outstanding customer service.
You'll motivate and support a team of staff and volunteers, drive sales and Gift Aid income, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and identify valuable items that can maximise income for St Clare Hospice.
We're looking for an energetic, creative and commercially minded leader with a flair for visual merchandising, excellent people skills, and a passion for sustainable retail.
