*EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITY*
As more and more children are joining us and expanding our nursery family, we are now looking for an exceptional Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team and help lead our busy nursery.
This role is based in our Corby setting, supporting our experienced Nursery Manager and her staff team.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- To be qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Skills to direct and support staff plus build relationships with parents and carers
- To be able to maintain high standards in line with EYFS
- To have a good sense of humour and find the positives in any situation!
- To be ready to dance, sing, paint, read stories and play with our children
- To be reflective on your own practice and to have clear personal goals
- To be professional but approachable
