We're looking for a Quotes Co‑Ordinator to join a busy, fast‑paced team, playing a key role in supporting contract delivery through accurate, timely quotation management.
In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and validating data to produce quotes within agreed SLAs, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. You'll ensure all quoted works are logged correctly, documentation is compliant, and administrative processes are completed in line with business policy and corporate standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- Obtain and validate accurate information to produce quotations within agreed SLAs.
- Log all quoted works accurately on CAFM and financial systems.
- Complete all administrative processes within the quotation function in line with business policy and corporate standards.
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to support quotation and approval processes.
- Manage and audit subcontractor documentation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or office‑based role.
- Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
- Confidence using IT systems; previous CAFM system experience desirable but not essential.
