Job Summary
We are a well known brand that has received a massive cash injection from a renowned sports brand owner. The goal now is to develop additional social sports sites nationwide via private equity based funding that is also an EIS.
We are seeking conscientious and results-driven Brokers to join the foundations our expanding sales team of 5. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating B2C sales of sought-after EIS Investments opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving new opportunities. This role offers an exciting chance to work in a lucrative, tax efficient industry where the brand is already well known.
Excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in selling Alternative Investments is highly desirable to support our diverse client base. The Broker will play a key role in expanding our network and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and relationship management.
The opportunity is to work directly for an established Social Sports and Entertainment business that now is building a finance team to effectively introduce high net worth investors to a reliable opportunity is Private Equity & EIS, that has solid credentials.
Duties
- Manage a stream of social inbound leads that have been generated specifically for this investor relations business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients whilst managing on going and repeat business,
- Responsibly manage opportunities and call appointments that have been booked in by the Appointment Setters on the team.
- Effectively manage your diary to ensure specific time and days of appointments are adhered to.
- Utilise CRM to manage client information, track sales activities, and hit individual and team targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships
- Prepare sales presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate valuable propositions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial market developments, competitors, and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiastic approach to setting targets aligned with organisational goals and personal goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales or Financial Sales roles within a competitive environment
- Must be able to work effectively in a competitive environment, be intrinsically motivated and disciplined,
- Proficiency in Sales CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Experience in selling EIS Investment products is advantageous to engage with a diverse client base
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as being a motivational part of a team
- A proactive approach towards achieving targets and driving business growth
