Our design office is based in Shoreditch, London and our head office and manufacturing hub is based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
The factory is the workplace of over 50 skilled craftspeople, incorporating joinery, spray finishing, print, LED & electrics and logistics departments.
The London design office works closely with the factory team to ensure the smooth transition from concept design to specification to production.

About the job
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join a small, busy team in our Wetherby Factory office on a full-time basis. The Junior Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in managing the design and production of visual merchandising window and in-store displays for some of the world’s leading fashion brands. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who is happy to hit the ground running in this exciting role, providing comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for our clients.
The role will include, but not limited to:
Assisting PM throughout life cycle of a job, in particular:
· Conducting research – including areas such as trends, materials, competitors etc.
· Placing material orders and managing external suppliers
· Completing admin tasks for dispatch team (producing load lists, commercial invoices, centre bookings, delivery bookings)
· Liaising with factory on status of production, quality checking and keeping key stakeholders (Senior PM / PM) informed
· Providing installation support (including: briefing and managing store surveys, producing fitters briefing documents & RAMS documents, managing installations on site and via Whatsapp, producing visual wrap up decks for client reporting)
· Accounts admin (raising POs, invoicing)
· Managing small projects alone with support from managing PM
· Problem solving
· Support the Project Managers
Ideal candidate will have:
· Exceptional organisational skills
· Experience of working in a similar, fast pace environment.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and have proven experience with prioritising conflicting deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever changing requirements and deadlines.
· Proficient in the use of MS Office software including Word and Excel.
· Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately
· Experience of being pro-active, to work independently and able to use their own initiative.
· Successful and building professional relationships
