Salary: Band G £26,114.55 - 27,713.40 (Full Time Equivalent)

The role of a Success Coach is fundamental in equipping students with the skills needed to facilitate independent learning, encourage progression, and ensure that they effectively engage to maximise opportunities to succeed in both personal and professional goals.
Working closely with a team of highly experienced and dedicated tutors, your time will be self-managed to work with students in 1:1 and group settings, and develop strategies to raise student achievement which reflect the high standard of college expectations.

- Organisation – Manage and lead tutorials covering Personal Social Development (PSD)
- Engagement – Monitor and encourage attendance, behaviour, punctuality
- Inspiration – Encourage aspirations and progression within and outside of ECC
- Commitment – Pastoral support, exam support, staff cover, and safeguarding
