As a Senior Surveyor, we'll look to you to provide property advice, guidance and make decisions on a range of property issues to support the delivery of a challenging programme of project works. The role requires working closely and cross-functionally with Network Rail project teams and third-party stakeholders. You will be able to deliver to tight deadlines and manage a portfolio of external specialist property agents and solicitors providing support for the delivery of these often complex multi-million pound projects.
