We are looking for a reliable, organised Office Administrator/Logistics Assistant to join our friendly team and support our logistics and day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating deliveries and collections UK-wide
- Liaise with transport providers, customers, and internal teams to arrange and confirm logistics
- Prepare and process delivery notes, invoices, and other documentation
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional and helpful customer service
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and databases
- General office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as required
You should have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator over the phone and by email
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Positive attitude, team player and willing to learn
