We are looking for a friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, and conscientious person to join our busy team. We are a long-established caterer and are currently embarking on an exciting expansion plan.
We have a small fun team who all work hard together to provide our customers with quality food and great service and strive hard to maintain our excellent reputation.
We are looking for someone to join us in the kitchen.
We have a busy daily schedule preparing a large selection of hot & cold food for sale on our vans. We also provide a quality business and corporate catering service.
You will need to be able to work well within the team with good communication skills. You must also be able to work on your own using your initiative.
We are looking for someone to work from 05.00 - 11.00 Monday - Friday. There will be opportunities to increase these hours should the candidate wish.
Catering and food service experience is essential, and a full clean driving licence is
required.
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, cooking and presentation.
- Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring they are clean and organised.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering is essential.
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate and allergen awareness - although full training will be given.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Full clean driving licence.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
