Job Description
HB Stewart Industrial Technologies Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our facilities. In this role, you will supervise facilities staff, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure health and safety compliance, and support the efficient operation of industrial sites. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, productive, and well-managed working environment while driving continuous improvements in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facilities operations, maintenance activities, and contractor performance.
- Ensure buildings, equipment, and site infrastructure are maintained to high operational standards.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and oversee facility improvement projects.
- Manage facilities budgets, service contracts, and operational resources.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in facilities management, building operations, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, building systems, and maintenance planning.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software is advantageous.

Pay: £3,800.00-£4,800.00 per month
